About The Facilitator
Qintra Aisha Nizami

I have a history of complex trauma so for the longest time, it was really difficult to be able to self-regulate or co-regulate my emotions. Coming from a clinical psychology background, back then trauma-informed care wasn't widely known. Years long journey of finding trauma informed care helped me to find the right tools and practices that attune and create a felt sense of safety in my nervous system. My life, emotional wellbeing, even symptoms of Complex PTSD improved a lot. I feel honoured to share the wisdom an science to find safe presence that leads to inner stillness and resilience.
