About Us

As inhabitants of a metropolitan city, many individuals forego their mental health to the fast-paced demands of the city. As such, in recent times the society has started to make a connection between mental health and wellness going hand in hand and consisting of our environment, relationships, and the communities we live in.

The Karachi Wellness Festival is an offering of love by a group of wellness practitioners in collaboration with the Veritas Learning Circle (VLC) School to promote wellness in Karachi. The offerings at the festival are entirely volunteer-based - it is a festival put on by the people of Karachi, for the people of Karachi.

The festival includes a range of wellness offerings such as yoga, sound healing, art for healing, mindfulness, parenting circles, spoken word, improv, talks and panels. There is something for everyone, including delicious food, a marketplace, and live musical performances!
