About The Facilitator
Aaminah Japanwala

Hey, I'm Aaminah, and I'm the founder of Just Keep Swimminggg. As someone who has struggled with clinical depression and experienced failed suicide attempts, I know firsthand how difficult it is to live with a mental illness in Pakistan. I believe that by speaking openly and honestly about our experiences, we can help break down the barriers to mental health support and create a more compassionate and understanding society.
