Suhaib A. Serai

Suhaib Serai is an internationally certified Philipino-Pakistani fitness coach who has coached numerous people struggling with weight issues. Through his work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, Suhaib observed that people often employ coping mechanisms that sabotage their fitness aspirations leading them to quit their goals. Drawing from his pursuit of knowledge in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Suhaib created the Self Mastery Programme that empowers people to identify and overcome these obstacles - building the body they want and the life they desire.
