Emotional intelligence contributes significantly to personal growth, professional success, and well-being. Since childhood, we are socially conditioned with the false belief that some emotions are good and others are bad. As a result, we suppress or dismiss painful and unpleasant emotions, and these repressed emotions can manifest themselves as physical pain or mental health issues. In this session, you will learn how each emotion is different, what needs lie beneath each emotion, and how to regulate and process painful emotions when they arise.
