Meet Shaheer, Student Wellness Counselor at Aga Khan University Hospital, bringing over five years of clinical experience to his practice. Inspired by the philosophy of Kintsugi, Shaheer believes in transforming personal struggles into sources of strength and beauty. Through his upcoming workshop, he aims to empower participants to embrace imperfections and find healing through creativity. Anushay Shehzad

Meet Anushay Shehzad, Associate Clinical Psychologist by education, an entrepreneur by passion, who also works with clients in a therapeutic capacity. Currently pursuing her Master's in Clinical Psychology at Bahria University. She combines academic knowledge along with practical experience and creativity to support emotional well-being. She uses a trauma informed approach and incorporates art and clay into her work to encourage self-expression. Passionate about self-care and reconnecting with her inner child, she inspires others to find joy in small and meaningful moments.
