As mental health workers, we often hear, 'Humarey Zamaney main toh ye sab masle nahi they.' While this can be uncomfortable, it's not irrefutable. This workshop offers an opportunity to explore practices employed by our 'buzurg' to stay mentally healthy. These practices include developing self-awareness through language, self-regulation through handicrafts, and self-esteem through spirituality. The workshop is for adults (18+) and should be capped at 20 participants.
