Somatic mapping is a technique used to explore and understand the relationship between physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts within the body. It involves mindful attention to the body's sensations. In this session, I will incorporate three somatic exercises to help connect with different parts of your body through sensation. Toward the end of the session, we will reflect on your emotions and feelings.
