Among its many possibilities, Mindfulness Meditation helps us cultivate the ability to rest, pause, and step out of our usual busyness'the busyness of our thoughts, feelings, and bodies that we are often unaware of and caught up in. In this session, you'll be invited to taste some mindfulness practices that can help you become aware of being in the busy 'doing' mode, and then settle into simply 'being' in the present moment using the anchor of breath and body sensations.
I am an eclectic therapist, primarily inclined toward body therapy, and am a certified wild therapist. I believe in embracing our inner wildness and offer a safe space for clients to connect with their deeper selves, promoting healing through self-awareness and mindful pruning of thoughts and actions.
