Movement as medicine: Exploring our beings through free-form dance
About The Session

In this embodied movement workshop, we will explore free-form dance as a devotional pathway to the heart, body, and soul. At the intersection of ecstatic and shamanic dance, you will be guided on an inward journey that attunes to your capacity to listen deeply and allows life-force energy to move, ground, and connect you to your emotions. We are reclaiming our birthright of free movement and ecstatic states that the dancer in our bones remembers. This is a solo practice where we break through fixed patterns of ego and access the limitless imagination of our souls.
