In this session, we will explore the link between nature and wellness, focusing on the importance of creating spaces of healing through our connection with nature. We often forget that we are part of nature, not separate from it, so this will be a way to reconnect with the part of ourselves that flourishes in natural environments.
As someone living at the farm and dedicating my days to working on it, I've first handedly felt the impact it's had on my own wellness and mental health, and implore others to rebuild that connection with nature that brings healing in a way nothing else can. With each passing day we are not only realizing the importance of conserving nature for the good of our planet, but also for our own good.
