About The Session

This session introduces three important facets of well-being: understanding and maintaining mental health, recognizing one's emotions and feelings as well as those of others, and using positive emotions effectively while regulating negative ones. Participants will also learn about stress, stressors, and basic techniques to keep stress at an optimal level.
