In this session, we will explore making small adjustments in our day-to-day lives that can strengthen our inner selves. We believe every individual has a power within, but to use that power, one must follow a path with a focused mindset, training the mind to fully utilize present-day resources and reach maximum potential. We'll focus on reflecting positive energy, releasing negativity, and exploring values and goals to navigate our life purposes and find direction through experiential approaches.
As a psychology graduate, I am deeply interested in exploring different healing practices. After spending years of research and application of several techniques in my day-to-day life I found micro resilience the most fascinating: how minute changes can bring about life-altering experiences. By offering this session, I aim to create a space where individuals can explore their inner strength and discover ways to make positive transformations in their daily lives. My aim is to invite people to unlock their potential and build a resilient, thriving self.
As a dedicated individual, I've built a strong academic foundation with O and A levels and am now thriving in my final year of a psychology program. My passion for human behavior and cognition drives me to excel and continuously seek knowledge. Through various internships, I've applied theory to practice, sharpening my skills in research, communication, and problem-solving. Engaging in numerous workshops has further enriched my learning.
