Boundaries (or the lack thereof) impact all relationships, personal and professional, close and social. This interactive, beginner-friendly session emphasizes that boundaries are magic because they support respect, self-love, and self-care. Above all, boundaries keep you and others safe.
Sarah has been working in the area of mental health since 2019 and is committed to helping young and old individuals manage mental and emotional challenges. She works with a deep understanding of diversity with different genders, teens and adults from varying socio-economic backgrounds. Her practice is based on theintegration of Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches, including trauma-informed methods. Sarah is an advocate of driving mental health awareness in Pakistan and continues her professional development and capacity enhancement to enable individuals to heal and grow.
