An educator of well-being, I teach Viniyoga privately, while also offering workshops & courses on well-being to different groups. Recently, working with over 100 young professionals, I recognized the need for this population to help themselves stay healthy. Simply by bringing greater awareness to their physical, physiological, and mental health & offering relatively simple yoga practices, in a short time of 8 weeks, many participants noticed a shift in their well-being.
