In this session, participants will create a custom first-aid toolkit for anxiety management. Guided through various techniques, participants will select the ones that help them most and compile them into a personal toolkit by the session's end.
I am a trainee therapist having anxiety that made my life difficult. After working on my own anxiety and understanding it better, I want to now spread my awareness and help others learn more about their anxiety and develop the tools needed to help them navigate anxiety in a way that is more practical, with elatable tools that feel personal to them.
