In this session, we will work some of the 57 muscles in our face, neck, ears, and tongue area. Just as our body needs a workout to remain firm and toned, these muscles also need to be exercised. As our facial muscles become stronger, the skin attached to them is lifted, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I will demonstrate and teach some ageless techniques that you can build into your daily routine to help sculpt and lift your face. We will end the session with facial massages, which bring blood circulation to our skin, giving us a lovely glow!
