For the first time in Pakistan, introducing DDP yoga complete fitness system. A program designed with the understanding that physical and mental well-being work together to create lasting improvements. DDPY workouts combine traditional yoga positions, sports rehab therapy, old-school calisthenics, and dynamic resistance to help you strengthen muscles, ligaments, and tendons while stabilizing your core, increasing flexibility, agility, and balance, and delivering a great cardio workout with minimal joint impact.

A lawyer by profession who fell into the trap of a sedentary lifestyle and was looking for a way out. With a busy work schedule and a young family it was not always possible to get to a gym and had me searching for effective workouts that could be done anywhere, anytime and would be engaging enough to keep me coming back for more. In my search for a workout that would suit my lifestyle I stumbled upon DDPY. Over the last 14 years DDPY has helped me transform my body from an overweight, unhealthy desk jockey who could barely play with is kids to one who can keep up with his kids energy.
