About The Session

In this interactive session, participants will learn about mindset and its different types, as well as the mental and emotional limitations that hinder personal growth. The session covers the art of breaking negative thinking patterns, exploring human emotions, and understanding which emotions make a person vulnerable. It also includes techniques and practical strategies to channel negative emotions, overcome limiting beliefs, and build emotional resilience to live a successful, balanced, and empowered life.

I am a Certified NLP Master Practitioner from ABNLP. Working on Mindsets and Emotional Wellness are my strong suits. I realised that being a Life Coach is my true calling. After experiencing the height of emotional vulnerability and surviving a major spinal surgery, I finally decided to break free. It involved massive healing and personal development to experience transformation. Since I know the power I gained after regulating my emotions and achieving a big breakthrough, I can empathise with humans and help them heal and grow through compassionate coaching.
