The session will begin with guided imagery, followed by reflective practices on personal drive and purpose. Participants will then record their unique drives and engage in a drawing activity to identify their ikigai. The facilitator will interpret the drawings and lead a support circle discussion to help participants understand their ikigai.
As an Associate Clinical Psychologist and international affiliate of the American Psychological Association, I've conducted workshops in many sectors, driven by a passion for well-being. I aim to empower individuals with tools for resilience. My certification as a mental health first aider underscores the importance of early intervention and destigmatization.
