In today's fast-paced world, setting boundaries is essential for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. People who establish clear boundaries with themselves and others can perform effectively and experience a greater sense of well-being. Healthy boundaries can help reduce burnout and stress. By setting boundaries, people create a culture of balance, understanding, and consideration. The primary goal of this workshop is to provide valuable insights and useful strategies to create healthy boundaries in personal and professional life.
