Mahnoor holds a BS in Psychology from Bahria University and has 4.5 years of experience in mental health with various non-profits. She is pursuing a master's in health policy and management from Aga Khan University. In 2023, Mahnoor was selected as a Community Engagement Exchange Fellow by the U.S. State Department and completed her practicum at NVEE in Florida. She earned 6.5 Continuing Education Units from George Washington University.
