Abbas is a certified meditation teacher (MTT200), and Reiki practitioner.Originally trained as an engineer, the desire to find more balance between the mind and heart led Abbas to meditation over 5 years ago. Since then, Abbas has explored and studied various forms of meditation and spiritual practices ranging from Sufi meditations in the Sahara Desert to Dark meditations in Bali to Buddhist meditations in Thai monasteries.His sessions focus on exploring various meditation tools and techniques, encouraging each participant to find the modality that works for them. He hopes that meditation will enable people to connect more deeply with themselves, creating lasting, positive shifts that extend beyond the mat and into their everyday lives.
