Participants will learn about the impact of stress on brain health and neurodegeneration, followed by holistic strategies for managing stress, including mindfulness, physical activity, nutrition, and sleep hygiene. Cognitive exercises to enhance brain function and the importance of emotional well-being and social connections will also be discussed. Integrative practices, such as alternative therapies, will be covered. The session will conclude with a Q&A, interactive discussion, and closing remarks summarizing key points and providing additional resources.
