Healthy relationships create a ripple effect in all areas of our lives, whether it's career, finances, health, or personal growth. The first relationship that we need to develop is with ourselves, as it sets the foundation for all other relationships. In this session, we will do some introspection on our relationship with the mind, body, and soul. Furthermore, we will understand our basic needs and find out where the gaps lie in our lives. Lastly, we will also work on values elicitation and the use of language in relationships.
Madiha Soomro is a therapist by profession and a philosopher by heart. She has a passion of helping people to become the best version of themselves by creating transformation at an individual level. Additionally, Madiha believes that we can save the world by creating healthy and nurturing families and friendships.
