About The Facilitator
Brendan Noronha

Hello! My Name is Brendan Noronha and I am a professional chef, culinary instructor and food consultant; graduate of Ozyegin University BSc (Hons) and Le Cordon Bleu. I have always believed that food is an important tool to help bring people together and to educate them on adapting and leading a healthier lifestyle. I have found in my years of teaching, that imparting this information and guidance to younger generations helps to foster a sense of responsibility towards one self, and lead to the development of a favorable attitude towards being independent, open-minded conscious eaters.
