About The Session

This session will help you learn the basics which you can use to defend yourself from a bully or an attacker. You will learn simple techiques and moves that'll help you avoid being attacked or help you escape a dangerous situation.

About The Facilitator

Moeen Zuberi is an accomplished fitness trainer and martial artist. He has been training for over seven years and has experience in Kickboxing, MMA and jiujitsu. He is an active member at 'Carlson Gracie Jiujitsu club'. His passion led him to train at multiple top martial arts gym including K7 kickboxing academy after which he branched out to pursue a career in personal training.
