Still Flowing Water- The Ageold Wisdom of Mindfulness
About The Session

Life gets crazy for all of us. From traffic jams and load shedding, to unwanted people in our lives. We've all been there. Some of us make it and yet many of us stay stuck. Now imagine having a refuge within heart and mind that provides shelter, nourishes and supports us through life’s joys and sorrows. In this session, we will discover the age-old refuge of Mindfulness. We will be rediscovering the art of paying attention to live a purposeful life. We will also discover practices that allow us to be truly alive.
