Transform through the Power of Play!
About The Session

In an accepting group we will practice improvisational theater games and exercises. Packed with fun and laughter. Expressing silliness, improvised storytelling to transform self judgement to acceptance and embracing failure. With the support of each other we arrive to the present moment and unlock our creative spontaneity. Resulting in feeling alive and connected! The workshop is highly experiential; that you will experience letting go, stepping into the now and the feeling of accepting yourself rather than thinking about it. The tone will be warm, playful and engaging. Come as you are.
