My loss is not your loss
About The Session

Loss is not concrete – we experience it differently on a daily basis. We will use visualization to understand our individual experience of loss and how our capacity to be with the loss changes. This will be done with a short meditation and art activity where we will use material and props to help us comprehend the many facets of loss. This session is for adolescents and adults who have experienced loss and would like a safe space to learn how make sense to it. The participants will share their story of loss with the group – the participants will process the loss as a group.
