Meeting the Hulk Within
About The Session

Anger, much like teenagers, is notoriously misunderstood. It is often seen as destructive and sometimes pointless. This session will facilitate teenagers in exploring their anger through art and honest conversation. Some of the questions we will be addressing are ‘is anger always bad?’, ‘how does it manifest?’, ‘what is it masking?’, ‘how are we expressing or suppressing it currently?’ and ‘how do we work with it?’ If you are curious about the Hulk within, and anxious/excited to know more about it, this session is for you!
