Less Sugar, More Joy
About The Session

Diabetes is known as the “silent” disease because symptoms often develop slowly and might not be noticeable at first. This session aims to underscore the importance of its prevention as much of diabetes care depends more on patient behavior than clinical interventions. We will be focusing on managing as well as avoiding diabetes with nutrition, exercise, and highlighting the importance of regular glucose monitoring. Our goal is to help empower you to be decision makers in your own care!
