Your frequency determines how you move in the world, your pain, fear and suffering. You can decide to change this and raise your vibration. In this session, I will give some background and understanding of levels of conciousness and vibrational frequency. This will be followed by a guided meditation. Participants will be asked to find their own frequency and determine which level of frequency they'd like to go to.
