Crochet for Mindfulness
About The Session

Crochet involves working with your hands and practicing the same step over and over again. It allows us to feel aware of our own body and our own movements. Crochet is an excellent way to relieve stress and step away from everyday. The purpose of this session isn't to make a finished project and reach and end goal, but to learn how to access mindfulness through the art of crochet. We focus on the process rather than the end goal.
