About The Session

The Tamarkoz method is the sufi art and science of self knowledge through meditation and concentration developed by the Sufi masters of M.T.O. The session includes mind relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, Movazeneh (balancing meditative movements harmonized with breath), deep relaxation followed by visualization and in the end, concentration on the heart. All this if done correctly gradually leads to self knowledge which is the final goal.

About The Facilitator

Nargess Murtaza from MTO Tamarkoz Association instructs the practical Sufi art and science of self knowledge through meditation and concentration called the Tamarkoz method.
She has been practicing as a Yoga instructor since 2008, and transitioned to Tamarkoz in 2020.
Nargess has also been involved in having the MTO books translated into Urdu language from English and Persian.
