Where are tickets available?

Tickets are available for purchase at Veritas Learning Circle PECHS Block 6, at the front desks of the Red Gate, Green Gate and Purple Gate Campuses. They can also be purchased from SPAR DHA & SPAR KDA and Springs Mart - Bukhari and Tipu Sultan. Online ticket purchasing option is available through Ticketwala.

Where is it happening?

The Karachi Wellness Festival is being hosted in partnership with the Veritas Learning Circle. The two-day event is spread over the three campuses of VLC located in PECHS, Block 6.

What’s on offer?

From 10 am - 5 pm, over 150 wellness professionals and practitioners will be hosting talks, art therapy sessions, workshops and experiences.
From 4 pm - 8 pm, we will shift gear into a more vibrant and joyful vibe as the iconic festival will begin. Featuring; story performances, games, art and craft activities, live music and drum circles for the whole family to come together and enjoy.
There will also be a marketplace that will be selling wellness related products and an entire food street of yummy things to eat!

How can I attend the sessions being offered? Do I need to pre-register?

If there is a session that you would like to attend but the spots have filled up in the pre-registration, you can reach the allocated space for the session 10 minutes prior to the start time to try to get a spot that has become available due to registered participants not arriving on time.

Do I need to bring cash?

YES! While there are a lot of free activities to enjoy, there are also some paid activities. Anything you buy at the marketplace and food stalls will also be paid for in cash.

What SoPs will be followed?

The ethos of this festival is rooted in celebrating wellness, nourishment and self care; so following all Covid protocols will be mandatory.

• Maintain a physical distance of 3-6 feet with other individuals.
• Temperature will be checked upon entry to each campus.
• Vaccination certificates will be checked at the gate. You cannot enter without presenting proof of vaccination.
• Children and adults with a temperature above 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37.8 Celsius) will not be allowed to enter the campus.
• All adults entering the festival must be wearing a face mask and keep it on at all times while attending the festival.
• Hand sanitization stations will be found at various spots around campus.
• VLC is a smoking-free campus. You would have to leave the premises to smoke. No drugs or alcohol will be permitted.

What else do I need to bring/prepare for the day?

We suggest you dress comfortably in light airy clothing as it can get hot during the day. Sunglasses and sunscreen would also help!
With the aim to raise ecological consciousness, we will discourage any single use items at KWF. Please bring your own water bottles to minimize usage of single use plastics. Refill points will be available throughout the campuses.
Bring along an extra mask and hand sanitizer to keep with you. Keep cash with you for grabbing a snack or purchasing something of your liking from the marketplace!

There are sessions happening on all campuses. Are they all in the same vicinity? Can I book a session at Red Gate and also at Blue?

Yes! There are multiple sessions happening simultaneously on all campuses of VLC – Purple, Green and Blue. These campuses are all in close proximity to each other and can be accessed by foot. There will be maps to help you find your way and ushers to guide you on the day!
